And Reason #2: This is the official introduction to “At Home In Louisville,” which you will be receiving from me, at no cost, each month. This article will outline what you can expect to see inside, which may prove to be not only informative, but fun as well.
Welcome, family and friends! In a sincere effort to offer beneficial information while at the same time keeping LynnThomasHomes in the forefront of your mind on a semi-regular basis, I’ve wracked the dusty archives of the creative portion of my brain and came up with this: a multi-page, real-estate related newspaper aptly named “At Home in Louisville.”
Many times real estate agents send out newsletters focused on themselves and what’s going on in their own world. Fun for the agent; not so fun for the reader. Because I would like you to think of our team favorably when you or someone you know decides to buy or sell their home, I’m hoping to avoid being the direct cause of your afternoon nap. What the LynnThomasHomes team does attempt to offer the reader are valuable tips and information, no matter what stage of the game you’re in.
For instance, in this very issue, world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck will offer us gourmet-wannabes an opportunity to sample his haute cuisine by way of do-it-yourself recipes and cooking guidelines.
Future articles are sure to touch on subjects such as landscaping tips; the good, bad and the ugly in mortgages; what in the world is happening with the housing market and why; staging your home to elicit the “wow factor”; what updates to your home hold the most value; relocation; building your dream home; current paint trends . . . just about everything you ever wanted to know about real estate but were afraid to ask for fear the answer would be long and drawn out.
Oh, and let’s not forget crossword puzzles, something for the kids and our personal favorite, a monthly essay contest entitled “My Favorite Room.” A great way for us to get to know you as well as a chance for you to win cash and experience the highly coveted 15 minutes of fame that everyone keeps alluding to!!
